Refund & Exchange Policy:
Thank you for shopping with SUHAN. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
No Refunds:
All sales are final. SUHAN does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges only under specific conditions. Items can be exchanged if they are unused, unworn, in original packaging, and returned within 3 days (48–72 hours) of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
- Incorrect size, color of item received
- Manufacturing defect
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours and return the item to us. After inspection, we will issue a replacement with the correct or undamaged product.
Return & Shipping Costs:
All return shipping and handling charges are to be paid by the customer. We recommend using a secure and trackable courier service.
Color Disclaimer:
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
Alterations:
Need a better fit? You can send your outfit back for alterations.
Alteration charges: PKR 2,999
(All shipping costs will be covered by the customer.)
Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
